Guidelines for Social Media Video Competition
1. Overview
The Social Media Video Competition invites students and young people to share how they find peace after their storms. Participants are encouraged to show how they overcome challenges peacefully and promote kindness, non-violence, and respect. The competition supports creativity, positive storytelling, and responsible digital engagement. Entrants are asked to submit short-form videos that align with the theme and highlight constructive use of social media.
2. Eligibility
• Open to individuals or teams in the following groups:
- Primary School Students
- Secondary School Students
- Youth Clubs / Student Groups
• Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the organizing body are not eligible.
3. Competition Theme
• Videos must clearly relate to the theme: Find Peace After Your Storm.
• Content should be original, respectful, and suitable for a general audience.
• Videos must not promote harmful behavior, misinformation, or discrimination.
4. Video Requirements
• Length: 2–5 minutes
• Format: MP4 or MOV
• Orientation: Vertical (9:16) preferred for social media platforms
• Resolution: Minimum 1080p
• Language: English
