Bishop Stanley G. Clarke CD Chairman

Stanley G. Clarke, Rt. Rev. (Dip.Theol., L.Th., B.A.(Th)., ThM.) is the fourth native Bishop of the Moravian Church in Jamaica. Educated at the United Theological College of the West Indies/UWI and Harvard Divinity School, he has served in pastoral ministry across Jamaica and the Cayman Islands since 1973. A former President of the Provincial Elders Conference, Chairman of Unitas of Jamaica, and leader within regional ecumenical bodies, he has played key roles in church expansion in the Caribbean and Cuba. Bishop Clarke is married to Avelena Clarke and is a proud father and grandfather.

Rev Neilson Waithe BSc. MSc Director/Anger Management

Rev. Neilson A. Waithe, B.A., M.A. (Counselling) is an ordained Moravian minister, author, counselor, and organizational development consultant with decades of regional and international experience. A former lecturer and Head of Practical Theology at UTCWI and Chaplain at the University of the West Indies, he is the founding Executive Director of Network Services Centre Inc., providing counseling and training to over 30,000 employees across the Caribbean. Rev. Waithe specializes in organizational change, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and family therapy. A Yale University graduate and author of eight books, he has advised governments, churches, corporations, and international agencies throughout the region.

Oniel G. Bailey BSc Programs Manager

Oniel G. Bailey, BSc, is an engineer and construction project management specialist with over 30 years of experience delivering agricultural, construction, and education projects across all parishes in Jamaica. He pursued postgraduate studies in Technology Commercialization at the University of Calgary and completed nonprofit financial stewardship training at Harvard Kennedy School. Currently serving as Programs Manager at Unitas of Jamaica, Mr. Bailey leads the development and implementation of community-focused projects. A committed children’s advocate, he is passionate about volunteering and advancing holistic community development through education, training, income-generating initiatives, and sustainable learning environments.

Project Management

The Program/Project Management team oversees daily operations, strategic execution, and external partnerships. They work closely with the Board to ensure programs align with Unitas’ mission and deliver measurable community outcomes.  Leads the design, coordination, and evaluation of Unitas projects/programs, ensuring responsiveness to community needs and sustainable impact.

Camille Watkins Phd Train the Trainers

Dr. Camille Watkins, Ed.D. is Founder and CEO of Twenty-First Century Global Educators & Learners (GEL) and a global education consultant based in Tampa, Florida. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has served as a middle and high school teacher, adjunct instructor, and high school administrator, achieving strong academic outcomes and graduation rates. A passionate advocate for technology-driven learning, she pioneered virtual global collaborations with schools in China and beyond. Shaped by her experiences as an immigrant, Dr. Watkins is committed to supporting at-risk communities and building global partnerships that equip educators, students, and families with essential 21st-century skills.

Winston L. Small BSc. is an experienced web application developer and systems manager with over 30 years in the computer industry and more than two decades specializing in web development. He is a highly skilled WordPress developer with deep expertise in custom themes, plugins, and scalable content management systems, as well as MySQL database design and server configuration. Winston has led and delivered complex web, media, and e-commerce platforms for government agencies, nonprofits, and private organizations across the U.S. and Caribbean. He has held senior roles including Director of Web Development and Internet Software Manager, and is known for building efficient, user-friendly, and reliable digital solutions.

Bernice Williams Phd Counselling

Dr. Bernice Williams, PhD, is an experienced teacher, researcher, policy analyst, and Christian counselor with over 30 years of service in education. She holds a PhD in Christian Counseling, graduate degrees in Education from the University of the West Indies, and professional training in educational administration, project management, and teacher certification in Canada. Dr. Williams has served as Lecturer in Psychology at tertiary institutions in Jamaica and as Senior Education Officer at the Ministry of Education, specializing in policy analysis, research, monitoring, and evaluation. Her work has focused on classroom climate, student performance, and evidence-based educational policy development.

Sandra Clarke BSc Project Management

Sandra Clarke is a seasoned regulatory and compliance leader with over 30 years of experience in the securities industry. She serves as Director of Consultants at NV Global, overseeing advisory services for broker-dealers, investment advisors, and cryptocurrency firms, and as Chief Compliance Officer at Adelphi Stock Brokers Inc. Previously, Sandra spent 33 years at FINRA in senior roles within the Membership Application Program, contributing to broker-dealer oversight and digital asset policy development in collaboration with the SEC. A respected industry voice, she has spoken at SEC and FINRA roundtables, NASSAA, and the CFA Institute, and lectured on Regulation Crowdfunding at Georgetown University.

Clifton Reid MD. Chairman Founder/Manchester Peace Coalition

Dr. Clifton W. Reid is a highly respected medical practitioner with over 30 years of experience in general medicine, serving at Life’s Spring Medical Centre in Mandeville and Hargreaves Memorial Hospital. A graduate of the University of the West Indies, he has provided medical services to Peace Corps volunteers, major industrial entities including Windalco and Wigton Wind Farm, and leading insurance companies. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Reid is a dedicated community leader, serving in senior roles across education, youth development, and civic organizations in Manchester. His outstanding contributions to health, education, and community development have earned him multiple national and parish awards

Loraine Stephenson Phd Founder/Dr. Loraine Stephenson Foundation

Dr. Lorraine Stephenson is a healthcare professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in medical, mental health, and aesthetic care. She is the Founder and CEO of Bleu Mirage Aesthetics in Livingston, New Jersey, offering FDA-approved aesthetic treatments, and Lloyd Seymour Health Services, which provides mental health and substance abuse care across the state. A board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, she holds advanced degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson, Rutgers, and Walden University. Dr. Stephenson serves on the New York State Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee, teaches internationally, and is a 2025 Woman of Distinction and scholarship foundation founder.

Dr Denise Richmond Phd Mentorship

Dr. Denise Richmond is a certified school counselor and School Building Leader. She currently serves as a school counselor at Science Technology and Research (STAR) Early College School in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Richmond was born in Mandeville, Jamaica West Indies, where she resided until her migration to the United States.  Upon migrating to the United States, Dr. Richmond attended Borough of Manhattan Community College, and later transferred to City College of New York (CCNY) where she pursued her undergraduate degree in Journalism. She later graduated from Long Island University Brooklyn Campus with a graduate degree in School Counseling, and later completed her doctoral degree in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement from Concordia University, Wisconsin.

Rev. Charmane Daley Scholarship Board

Rev. Charmane Daley is a senior minister and administrator in the Moravian Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, with over 20 years of pastoral and denominational leadership experience. She has served as Chairman of the Central District Conference for more than a decade and as minister in charge of several congregations within the Central District.

She is currently serving her third consecutive term on the Provincial Elders Conference (PEC) and her second term as Vice President (2019–present). In 2024, she was appointed Superintendent of the Surrey District Conference.

Rev. Daley also serves as Moravian Warden/Tutor at the United Theological College of the West Indies and as Moravian Chaplain at the University of the West Indies (2023–present). She is a licensed Marriage Officer for Jamaica and has chaired and served on several school boards.

She holds an M.Ed. from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, a B.Th. from the University of the West Indies, and a Diploma in Theology from the United Theological College of the West Indies. Originally from the Springfield Circuit in St. Elizabeth, she remains committed to faith-centered leadership and community development.
